The SLFS-7500 frequency synthesizer from EM Research features selection of up to four fixed output frequencies up to 7.5 GHz. Switching between frequencies is controlled by binary command logic with <1 mSec switching speeds. The SLFS units feature excellent phase noise (e.g. <-105 and <-100 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz, 1 GHz and 3 GHz respectively), output power of + 7 dBm, and a supply of +12 VDC.
