Doha, September 12, 2023, In Doha, Qatar, the Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments' 10th Conference has begun. Mohammed bin Dakhil Al-Mutairi, the Shura Council's secretary general, is taking part in the meeting. After the opening remarks, the conference covered a range of agenda themes through debates, speeches, and the presentation of working papers by the participating Secretaries-General. These conversations were held in the presence of official delegations. Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Mansour, the Director-General of the General Administration for Parliamentary Affairs, as well as representatives from the Shura Council, are in attendance at this conference.
