2024 Saudi Open by PIF to showcase global golf talent

Riyadh, April 10, 2024, The 2024 Saudi Open, presented by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is set to captivate golf enthusiasts from April 17 to 20 with a stellar lineup of top-tier golfers from around the globe.

Headlining the tournament is LIV Golf star Henrik Stenson, joined by a group of five fellow elite golfers. They will be joined by a formidable contingent from the DP World Tour, including the four-time champion Rafa Cabrera-Bello, who will lead the charge alongside players from the Asian Tour.

This year marks the ninth edition of the Saudi Open, which has evolved into a fully-fledged Asian event. The previous tournament saw Thai star Denwit Boriboonsub emerge victorious, and golf fans are eagerly anticipating another thrilling chapter in the tournament's history.

The presence of LIV Golf stars such as Andy Ogletree, Peter Uihlein, David Puig, and Eugenio Lopez-Chacarra will undoubtedly add to the excitement. Puig, who secured victory at the season-opening Malaysian Open, currently holds the top spot in the Asian Tour's order of merit, showcasing his remarkable talent on the global stage.

The DP World Tour will also be well represented, with former Ryder Cup luminaries like Cabrera-Bello and Thorbjorn Olesen set to compete alongside other golfing stars.
