25 KFSH&RC scientists named in Stanford's "top 2% most-cited scientists" list

Riyadh, January 16, 2024, Twenty-five scientists from the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH&RC) have been included in Stanford University's prestigious list of "top 2% most-cited scientists" in the world for 2021-2022. This recognition is a testament to the outstanding contributions and impact of KFSH&RC researchers on the global scientific stage, highlighting the hospital's commitment to advancing healthcare through innovative research. The list, which features 180,000 researchers representing the top 2% of most-cited scientists globally, covers 22 research fields and 176 subfields, utilizing citation metrics from the Scopus database.
