The resignation of Eng., a member of the board of directors, is announced by Saudi Cable Company. Due to a change in work circumstances, Abdulaziz Saleh Abalkhail (Independent member) resigned from his position with effect from 28/09/1445, which is equivalent to 07/04/2024. Because of this, he joined a new company whose rules prohibited him from serving on boards or committees of publicly traded companies. As a result, he will no longer be able to serve on the board of directors of the Saudi cable company.
