Asharqia Chamber signs agreement for exporting agricultural sulfur products to India and East Asia

Dammam, August 30, 2023, In the presence of the Director of the Branch of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of the Region, Abdulaziz Al-Shuaibi, and several other pertinent officials, the Asharqia Chamber witnessed the signing of an agreement yesterday to export agricultural and industrial sulfur products to India and East Asian countries with over 100,000 tons per year. Investments between the Kingdom and India have topped $24 billion, while trade in petrochemicals is thought to be worth $9.13 billion, and that of agricultural fertilizers and petrochemicals is worth $1.03 billion. In the following five years, it is anticipated that trade and investments between the two nations will reach $100 billion.
