Manama, September 18, 2023, The Kingdom of Bahrain applauded the joint efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman to invite a delegation from Sana'a to Riyadh for talks aimed at establishing a comprehensive and long-lasting ceasefire in Yemen, extending the ceasefire, and achieving a durable political solution that is acceptable to all Yemeni parties. The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Bahrain's support for the Saudi Arabian plan announced in March 2021 to end the Yemeni conflict and praised the initiatives made to fulfill the aspirations of the Yemeni people for security, stability, and development.
