Board of Grievances upgrades Moen Services platform with new icon designs

Riyadh, August 29, 2023, By introducing new icon designs and web pages, the electronic services center of the Board of Grievances has begun a steady upgrade of the Moen Services platform. The change will undoubtedly enhance the beneficiaries' experience. The first part of the modifications includes lowering the time it takes to file a lawsuit by 50% over the old model, making access to information a four-step process to reduce the time it takes to obtain any information by 70%, and adding a range of explanatory icons to streamline processes. The Board of Grievances will keep enhancing its processes and technical facets under the direction of its president, Dr. Khalid Al-Yousef.
