Algiers, October 05, 2023, In an official capacity, Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Al-Sheikh, the Vice President of the Human Rights Commission, engaged in meaningful discussions with senior Algerian officials regarding various developments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on the protection and advancement of human rights.
Dr. Al Al-Sheikh's fruitful conversations with Algerian officials took place during his official visit to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. This visit was extended as a gracious invitation from President of the National Council for Human Rights (CNDH), Abdelmadjid Zaâlani.
Commencing his visit, Dr. Al Al-Sheikh convened with Zaâlani, where they delved into the depth of bilateral relations between the two fraternal nations, placing special emphasis on matters pertaining to human rights. Additionally, they exchanged valuable insights on pertinent topics of mutual interest.
Further fostering diplomatic ties, Dr. Al Al-Sheikh engaged in productive dialogues with Algerian legislators and committee heads within the People's National Assembly, addressing bilateral relations and addressing a range of issues that hold shared significance.
