Riyadh, September 14, 2023, On the eve of the GCC Ministers of Trade and Industry meeting in Salalah, Oman, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef met with Nigel Huddleston, Minister of State for International Trade of the United Kingdom. During the discussion, they talked about ways to strengthen their collaboration with the UK in a number of economic areas, especially mining and industry, as well as issues of common interest. The discussion also centered on strengthening bilateral cooperation in the mining and industrial sectors, assessing attractive mining and industrial investment prospects, and considering ways to expand trade and increase non-oil exports.
