Osama bin Mansour Al-Hujaili, the Undersecretary for the Northern Expansion at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, shed light on the ongoing efforts to enhance and upgrade the northern expansion project. In addition to his other responsibilities, he meticulously assessed the strategic blueprint for the upcoming 1445 Umrah season. Furthermore, he delved into the intricacies of enhancing services in the Northern Expansion, meticulously scrutinizing executive and improvement plans. Additionally, he dedicated considerable effort to devising solutions for various suggestions and ideas put forth during the evaluation process. In a bid to enhance the experience of pilgrims visiting the Grand Mosque, a number of initiatives have been put forth. These proposals aim to align the procedures in place with the Kingdom's ambitious Vision 2030. As part of this comprehensive review, all aspects related to serving pilgrims will be carefully examined and evaluated.
