Hajj and Umrah Minister emphasizes support for tech and admin improvements

Jeddah, January 09, 2024, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, reaffirmed his ministry's dedication to endorsing technological advancements and professional administrative systems geared towards providing comprehensive guidance services to pilgrims.

During a dedicated session on the second day of the ongoing Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah, spanning from January 8 to 11, Al-Rabiah underscored the ministry's proactive efforts to expand the array of initiatives available to entrepreneurs. These initiatives are strategically designed to streamline the provision of guidance services by ensuring the availability of knowledgeable companions proficient in various languages, thus enhancing the experience for Hajj pilgrims.

Managed by Dr. Amr Al-Maddah, the Deputy Minister for Hajj and Umrah Services, the session delved into a thorough discussion of the challenges and future prospects associated with innovative and sustainable solutions in the realm of pilgrimage services.
