Industrial land allocation agreement signed with King Salman Energy City SPARK.



SPARK at King Salman Energy City An industrial land allocation agreement was signed with King Salman Energy City SPARK to establish the first factory specialized in the industrial field of manufacturing stainless steel seamless pipes in the Middle East and North Africa region. This is a significant step forward for SeAH Gulf Special Steel, owned by the Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company Dussur and the Korean SeAH Changwon Integrated Special Steel Corporation.

With a manufacturing capacity of 20,000 tons per year, the agreement between SeAH Gulf Special Steel and Spark allocates a land area of 177,845 square meters for the construction of SeAH Gulf Special Steel. Furthermore, by providing services to the oil and gas industries in addition to the energy and water sectors, the SeAH Gulf Special Steel facility has the potential to draw in international experience and localize the stainless-steel pipe business.

Since Spark offers complete industrial services, including power and gas supply, in addition to water and communication facilities, it has been selected as one of the most developed industrial cities in the Kingdom.
