Islamic University of Madinah showcased inventions at Geneva exhibition

Madinah, April 19, 2024, The Islamic University of Madinah has joined the ranks of innovators at the 49th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, Switzerland, held from April 17 to 21, 2024. This prestigious event, sponsored by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), brings together over 1,000 cutting-edge inventions from 40 different countries.

At this global platform, the university showcased its pioneering spirit by unveiling a patented invention titled "A System for Producing Thin Films of Nickel-Doped Tin Oxide for Photochemical Hydrogen Generation." This innovative creation is the culmination of dedicated research efforts at the university, made possible through the generous support of the Ministry of Education's Institutional Funding Program.

The participation of the Islamic University of Madinah in this exhibition underscores its commitment to advancing scientific research and development. By presenting their groundbreaking invention on an international stage, the university highlights its contributions to technological advancements and reinforces its position as a hub of innovation in the academic realm.
