Riyadh, August 05, 2023, SPA – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has concluded its participation in the 37th edition of the Jerash Festival of Culture and Arts in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which took place in the ancient city of Jerash from July 26 to August 5.
Represented by three cultural commissions, the Kingdom actively participated in this iconic festival, which has been held annually in the ancient city of Jerash in northern Jordan since 1981.
The CEO of the Theater and Performing Arts Commission and the head of the Saudi delegation to the Jerash Festival, Sultan Al-Bazie, expressed satisfaction with the achievements of Saudi participation in this grand event. For 11 days, the festival showcased the rich Saudi cultural heritage and folklore.
Al-Bazie also highlighted that the Kingdom's presence in the Jerash Festival is a testament to the Ministry of Culture's commitment to enhancing cultural relations and fostering exchanges with various countries, aligning with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.
