The launch event saw the presence of Saudi Deputy Ambassador to Chad Basil Al-Rayes, Chadian Secretary-General of the Ministry of Women, Child Protection, and National Solidarity Sharif Al-Lashi, along with representatives from non-governmental organizations in Chad.

This project is designed to benefit the neediest groups across nine Chadian states, including Beheira, Hadjer-Lamis, Kara, Batha, Eastern Mayokibi, Chari-Baguirmi, Uday, Logone Occidental, and N'Djamena. Additionally, Sudanese refugees in eastern Chad will also receive support through this initiative.
