KSrelief sends sixth aid ship to Gaza

Jeddah, January 18, 2024, In a significant humanitarian effort, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched its sixth relief ship from Jeddah Islamic Port today. The aid is destined for the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip and will be transported to Port Said in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The cargo, weighing 682 tons, includes a diverse range of relief supplies such as foodstuffs and sheltering items. Notably, the shipment also includes a substantial quantity of 2,000,000 drinking water packages, intended to address the urgent needs of the Palestinian people in Gaza.

This initiative reflects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's enduring commitment to providing crucial support to the Palestinian people during times of crises and tribulations. The dispatch of this relief ship underscores the historical role played by Saudi Arabia in standing by its brotherly Palestinian counterparts, further solidifying its position as a key player in regional humanitarian efforts.
