Kuwait, January 23, 2024, The Amir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, hosted the Saudi Minister of State and Cabinet Member, Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, along with his accompanying delegation at the Bayan Palace. The meeting served as a platform for the exchange of greetings and discussions on matters of mutual interest.
During the meeting, Prince Turki conveyed the warm regards of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the leadership of Kuwait. In response, Sheikh Mishal conveyed his heartfelt greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, wishing them good health and well-being.
Prince Turki took the opportunity to extend his congratulations to the Amir of the State of Kuwait on ascending to the throne, expressing sincere wishes for his continued health and well-being.
The discussions between the two officials were characterized by cordiality, focusing on the strong and brotherly relations between the two countries and exploring avenues to further enhance and strengthen these ties. The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait, Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid, Director General of Prince Turki's Office, Hamad bin Suleiman Al-Salim, and several senior Kuwaiti officials.
