Tunis, December 26, 2023, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef, initiated a visit to the Republic of Tunisia, leading the Saudi delegation in the eleventh session of the Saudi-Tunisian Joint Committee scheduled for Tuesday. The minister will also take part in the Saudi-Tunisian Investment and Partnership Forum. During the visit, Alkhorayef will hold several bilateral meetings with Tunisian government officials to deepen the strategic partnership between the two brotherly countries, activate mechanisms of cooperation, and enhance investment opportunities. The visit will also involve the signing of several memorandums of understanding (MoUs) between the two countries on the sidelines of the Saudi-Tunisian Joint Committee meetings. These agreements will cover various areas, including agricultural scientific research, industry, water, environmental protection, meteorology and climate, tourism, and labor, as well as several agreements involving the private sectors of both countries.
