Ministry launches Ramadan gift programs in Kazakhstan

Astana, March 13, 2024, Yesterday, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance inaugurated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift programs for distributing dates and hosting Iftar banquets during Ramadan in Kazakhstan. The ceremony, held in Kazakhstan, was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Kazakhstan Faisal bin Hanif Al-Qahtani, Kazakhstan's Naib Mufti Ershat Ongarov, and several other dignitaries.

Ambassador Al-Qahtani emphasized that these programs exemplify the unwavering commitment of the Saudi leadership to serving Islam and Muslims worldwide. The initiatives underscore the Kingdom's dedication to providing support and assistance to Muslims, particularly during the blessed month of Ramadan.

In response, Naib Mufti Ershat Ongarov expressed appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for their continuous efforts to assist Muslims globally. Their steadfast commitment to aiding Muslims during Ramadan reflects their deep-rooted dedication to the Islamic community and their commitment to promoting solidarity and compassion among Muslims worldwide.
