The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) orchestrated a journey to Helsinki, Finland, for representatives of entrepreneurship. Nine emerging Saudi companies participated in the tour, focusing on attending the prestigious Slush International gathering—an annual global event spotlighting entrepreneurship and technical innovation.
Monsha'at's objective was to acquaint Saudi entrepreneurs with the latest global technologies, enhance their product quality, and establish a global network with innovators and suppliers worldwide. The tour, spanning four days, included visits to universities, companies, and specialized centers dedicated to innovation and economic growth in the region.
Participation in such international initiatives highlights Monsha'at's commitment to supporting entrepreneurship and fostering regional innovation. It provides Saudi entrepreneurs with opportunities to expand their business networks through interactions with investors and entrepreneurs globally. This Helsinki tour follows Monsha'at's involvement in various international events, including the COMEUP World Expo in Korea, the Switch Expo and Week of Innovation and Technology in Singapore, and the Web Summit in Lisbon.
