The Quara Finance Company notified its shareholders that nominations for the new board of directors are now being accepted. The term of the board will be three (3) years, beginning on June 1, 2024, and ending on May 31, 2027. in accordance with the specifications and guidelines set forth in the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Regulations, the Companies Law, and the Capital Markets Authority Laws & Regulations.
