ROSHN launches third edition of Himam graduate leadership program

Riyadh, October 05, 2023, ROSHN Group, a prominent real estate developer in Saudi Arabia and a key player in the PIF giga-project, has announced the launch of the third edition of its Himam graduate leadership program. This initiative aims to nurture and empower the next generation of Saudi leaders, equipping them with the essential skills and experience needed to thrive in the ambitious global landscape of Vision 2030. The application window is open until October 15, 2023, and is available to Saudi citizens who have recently graduated or have less than a year of employment experience.

The Himam program is a comprehensive 18-month journey divided into three phases. It combines internationally acclaimed academic programs with hands-on training, providing participants with a holistic learning experience. During their time in Himam, participants have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals within ROSHN, gaining valuable insights and honing their skills. The program also facilitates interactions with industry experts from various sectors, broadening horizons and fostering a diverse perspective.

Upon completion of the Himam program, graduates become part of ROSHN, a dynamic and internationally recognized organization known as the 'Best Place to Work.' With approximately 70% of its workforce comprised of Saudi citizens and representation from around 40 different nationalities, ROSHN embodies a global and inclusive work environment.

Nasreen Aldossary, Chief Human Resources Officer at ROSHN Group, expressed the company's commitment to empowering talented Saudis, aligning with the Vision 2030 objectives and Saudization goals. She anticipates that Himam participants will bring fresh perspectives and valuable insights to ROSHN, contributing to its growth, expansion into new markets, and the pursuit of its core values.

ROSHN's Himam program is structured to benefit the entire organization. Participants collaborate with ROSHN's upper, middle, and administrative teams, offering their unique perspectives and ideas while gaining invaluable personal and professional experience. Select Himam graduates have the opportunity to join ROSHN's Youth Committee, facilitating regular communication between emerging leaders and senior management. This engagement allows rising stars to share their aspirations and actively contribute to the Group's development.

The Himam program has garnered popularity in the graduate job market since its inception in 2021, with participation increasing by over 200% from 2021 to 2022. Currently, more than 75 graduates from the program are employed by ROSHN.

Prospective candidates can apply for the Himam program online through the official website from October 5 to October 15, 2023. To be eligible, applicants must be Saudi citizens with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Detailed eligibility criteria can be found on the Himam website. The program is set to commence on November 25, with 25 successful candidates joining ROSHN on their journey to becoming future leaders.
