Leadership in the Audit Committee of Naqi Water Company: With effect from May 20, 2024, Mr. Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al-Rabdi resigned from the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee due to personal reasons.
The new chairman of the Audit Committee is Mr. Moustafa Hassab Alla ElHoufi, who is currently a member of the Board of Directors and a member of this committee.

Following the resignation of the former Chairman, Mr. Moustafa Hassab Alla ElHoufi, who is also a member of the Board of Directors, has taken on the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee.
