Aden, September 15, 2023, The UN, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and other countries' efforts to seriously address calls for peace and lessen the suffering of the Yemeni people received praise from the Yemeni government. The Yemeni government reiterated in a statement that it welcomes all efforts to achieve an impartial and all-encompassing peace, in accordance with the three terms of reference, the Gulf Initiative, its executive mechanism, the results of the national dialogue, and pertinent UN resolutions, in a way that ensures the end of the coup, the restoration of state institutions, security, stability, and development in Yemen.
