The event features three tracks: Infrastructure and Operational Services, covering transportation, logistics, facilities management, housing, and catering; Empowerment and Integration, focusing on safety, security, healthcare, media, and technology; and Sustainable Development, covering entrepreneurship, training, the third sector, and the pilgrim experience. A specialized exhibition will also be held alongside the conference.
