The Real Estate Balance program will begin receiving applications for its second year starting at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 16, 2026, until the end of Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced the dates via SPA, stating that applications are accepted through the official platform at https://tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa/. The program aims to increase the supply of planned residential lands by providing between 10,000 and 40,000 plots annually at prices not exceeding 1,500 riyals per square meter.
Eligibility is open to married citizens or those over 25 years old who do not own previous real estate and have resided in Riyadh for at least three years. The Commission noted that priority is not based on the order of application and registration does not guarantee final acceptance.
Citizens who applied in the first year and were deemed eligible for the electronic draw will be automatically included in the second year. Following the application period, the program will proceed through eligibility verification, result announcements, objections, an electronic draw, and off-plan sale procedures.
The Commission advised applicants to use official channels and provided the call center 19998 for inquiries.
