Makkah hosted the 26th Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Research, where the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research at Umm Al-Qura University presented its scientific efforts and research.
According to SPA, the institute conducted workshops focused on enhancing the efficiency of services for pilgrims. These sessions aimed to promote the use of scientific research to address existing challenges and improve the quality of services provided.
