Al-Makhwah Municipality develops Al-Qafil walkway

Al-Qafil neighborhood in Al-Baha now features a developed walkway, sports fields, and green spaces covering approximately 27,000 square meters.

According to SPA, the site includes a 500-meter-long walkway and a 500-meter-long track for bicycles and scooters. Sidewalks and pathways covering 4,000 square meters facilitate access to the facilities.

Sports facilities occupy 3,300 square meters, featuring a volleyball court and a football field with artificial turf and lighting. Green spaces exceed 8,000 square meters and contain more than 70 trees, with plans to plant more in the future.

The project included renovating 6,000 square meters of surrounding walls using natural stone and quartz stone patterns. The site is equipped with decorative lighting and separate restrooms for men and women.
