Tunis, January 29, 2024, On its second day, the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization Business Forum facilitated discussions between ALECSO and Arab countries, centering on specific partnerships with Arab national committees. The participants, comprising delegations from ALECSO member states and experts from affiliated organizations, delved into collaborative efforts among Arab national committees and proposed new partnerships between Arab entities and ALECSO.
Acknowledging the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for spearheading and hosting the forum, participants expressed their gratitude to the Saudi National Committee for Education, Culture, and Science for its unwavering support. ALECSO took a moment to acknowledge and appreciate various contributors to the forum, with special recognition given to Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Bulahid, the Secretary-General of the Saudi Committee.
This forum, initiated by Saudi Arabia and endorsed by ALECSO's Executive Council during its 119th session, has yielded significant outcomes. The inaugural day witnessed the signing of 31 cooperation and partnership agreements, underscoring the commitment to fostering collaboration and advancing educational, cultural, and scientific initiatives in the Arab region.
