Border Guards in Asir thwart smuggling, seize 330,000 illegal medicine tablets

Abha, January 29, 2024, Border Guards on land patrols in Rabwah, Asir Region, successfully thwarted an attempt to smuggle 330,000 tablets of illegal medicine. Prompt and effective action by the authorities prevented the illegal shipment from reaching its destination.

Following the interception, preliminary legal procedures were swiftly carried out, and the confiscated contraband was handed over to the relevant authorities. This accomplishment reflects the vigilance and dedication of the Border Guards in safeguarding the region against illicit activities.
