Riyadh, Feb 04, 2024, The Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, who concurrently serves as the Chairman of the Council of Defense Ministers of the member states of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), has announced the Kingdom's approval of a SAR 100 million contribution to the financing fund of IMCTC's initiatives. Additionally, Prince Khalid disclosed that the Kingdom is set to endorse 46 training programs spanning the Coalition's four ideological domains, encompassing areas such as media, military, and anti-terrorism financing.
These declarations were made during his address at the second meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the IMCTC member states, held in Riyadh under the theme "Combating Terrorism: A Shared Responsibility." Prince Khalid took the opportunity to convey the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the defense ministers of the IMCTC member states and the supporting countries of the Coalition.
