During Eid al-Fitr, crowds gathered at the Two Holy Mosques in a spiritual atmosphere

Makkah, April 10, 2024, On the first day of Eid al-Fitr, a multitude of visitors and worshipers congregated at the Two Holy Mosques, enveloped by a deeply spiritual ambiance and a fervent atmosphere of faith.

The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque exerted significant effort and utilized all available resources to ensure a seamless experience for worshipers and visitors as they performed their religious rituals. The presidency's initiatives were aimed at providing religious guidance, educational support, and answering queries through dedicated websites managed by scholars and backed by proficient translators.

As part of their Eid plan, the presidency translated the Eid sermon delivered at the Two Holy Mosques into various languages. This initiative was designed to enhance the worshipers' and visitors' understanding of the sermon's teachings, utilizing platforms like "Manarat Al-Haramain" and smart applications for dissemination.

The overarching objective was to convey the moderate message championed by the Two Holy Mosques, highlighting Islam's principles of tolerance, mercy, and its balanced approach to global affairs.

The festive atmosphere at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque during the Eid al-Fitr prayer was characterized by a profound sense of spirituality, joy, safety, and comfort, providing a reassuring experience for all participants.
