Riyadh, January 13, 2024, The third edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum is set to take place in Riyadh from January 22 to 24, with a central theme of "The Power of Resilience: Building a Sustainable and Prosperous Real Estate Future." The forum, under the auspices of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, will bring together participants from 85 countries, featuring 300 speakers representing both government and private sectors, along with economists, investors, decision-makers, and real estate experts at local and international levels.
Saif bin Salem Al-Suwailem, the Ministry's official spokesperson, highlighted the significance of the real estate industry as a key economic and socially active development sector. The forum aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchange, showcasing local and international expertise and experiences.
Al-Suwailem expressed a warm welcome to all participating countries, entities, and personalities, emphasizing the global real estate and urban renaissance taking place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through major projects and continuous development efforts.
The forum will feature over 30 dialogue sessions and 25 workshops, covering strategic themes related to innovations and developments in the real estate industry. Discussions will focus on new challenges, opportunities, emerging trends, sustainable financing solutions, the impact of natural factors on the real estate sector, and its role in enhancing business quality.
