Court investigates accused Madinah Region resident's attempted amphetamine sale offense, referred to Public Prosecution for legal proceedings.Madinah, August 04, 2023, In the present case, it has been brought to the attention of this honorable court that an individual, hereinafter referred to as the accused, who is a resident of the Madinah Region, is alleged to have committed the offense of endeavoring to engage in the sale of amphetamines, a controlled substance, as per the findings of the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC). The party in question, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, has become the subject of legal proceedings and has subsequently been duly referred to the esteemed entity known as the Public Prosecution. The public is hereby directed by the security authorities to expeditiously report any relevant information pertaining to the unlawful activities of drug smuggling or distribution within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom. In order to discharge their civic obligation, it is recommended that individuals who dwell in the localities of Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern regions make contact with emergency services by dialing the number 911. Conversely, individuals who reside in regions other than those aforementioned within the Kingdom are advised to avail themselves of the emergency hotline, accessible by dialing the number 999.
