KSrelief advances water, sanitation project in Hodeidah's Khokha district

Hodeidah, February 12, 2024, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) persists in its extensive initiative aimed at enhancing water and environmental sanitation conditions in the Khokha district of Hodeidah governorate.

Throughout the week spanning from January 24 to 30, KSrelief delivered a staggering 637,000 liters of household water to the region, complemented by the pumping of an additional 623,000 liters of potable water into storage reservoirs within the district.

As part of this multifaceted project, KSrelief conducted 27 waste transportation operations from displacement camps, alongside two sewage drying endeavors and a meticulous water quality inspection.

These concerted endeavors have positively impacted a total of 9,800 individuals, underscoring KSrelief's unwavering commitment to alleviating humanitarian challenges and enhancing living conditions in vulnerable communities.
