Makkah Youth Scouts intensify volunteer efforts in Ramadan's final days

Makkah, March 29, 2024, In collaboration with the Al-Hamra Neighborhood Center and the "Ma'an" volunteer team, the Makkah Youth Scouts group, under the auspices of the Neighborhood Centers Association in Makkah, has escalated its volunteer efforts during the final stretch of Ramadan. Their initiative involves the distribution of over 1,000 hot meals daily across various neighborhoods of Makkah and along the routes leading to the Grand Mosque.

Abdullah Hamdan Al-Shehri, Director of Community Partnerships, highlighted that the team has devised a comprehensive plan for the concluding days of Ramadan, in coordination with pertinent governmental and private entities. This initiative aims to foster collaboration among all Saudis to deliver the highest quality services to pilgrims. Al-Shehri emphasized the efficacy of the Community Visits Program in achieving its objectives, while also noting the team's engagement in diverse programs geared towards serving pilgrims, the local community, and the neighborhoods of Makkah.
