Riyadh, January 18, 2024, In the area of Islamic affairs, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed today between the Somali Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance.
In order to promote Islam, train mosque staff, spread the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah, adopt and propose programs that emphasize the concept of moderation in Islam, and arrange meetings between Islamic scholars and researchers in the two countries to discuss various emerging issues and developments, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to foster cooperation between the two ministries.
