Red Sea Film Foundation revives "Cinema Nights" series with Diriyah Biennale Foundation

Jeddah, April 17, 2024, The Red Sea Film Foundation has exciting news for cinema enthusiasts as they announce the return of the popular "Cinema Nights" series, scheduled to take place on Thursdays in collaboration with the Diriyah Biennale Foundation.

The "Cinema Nights" program promises an engaging lineup of exclusive film screenings, featuring acclaimed works such as "Night Music" and the Saudi film "Noura" by renowned director and writer Tawfiq Al-Zaidi. Alongside these, a selection of captivating Saudi and international short films will be showcased at the JAX District in Diriyah.

Attendees can look forward to immersive cinematic experiences enhanced by state-of-the-art audio and video technologies. All films will be presented with Arabic and English subtitles for accessibility and enjoyment. The program is set to run every Thursday from April 18 to May 23, with weekends dedicated to showcasing short films on May 10 and 11.

Moreover, the "Cinema Nights" series will feature question and answer sessions with distinguished cinematic talents, allowing audiences the unique opportunity to interact with filmmakers and gain insights into their creative processes.

This collaborative effort between the Red Sea Film Foundation and the Diriyah Biennale Foundation aims to enrich the cultural and cinematic landscape of the Kingdom, foster creativity, and attract emerging talents within the film industry.
