SFD CEO meets Zambia's Ambassador and delegation at headquarters

Riyadh, February 13, 2024, The CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, held a meeting today at the fund's headquarters with the Ambassador of Zambia to the Kingdom, Duncan Mulima, along with his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, both parties engaged in discussions surrounding the advancement and hurdles encountered in the development initiatives and initiatives supported by the Fund in Zambia. The objective was to identify effective solutions and capitalize on opportunities for progress.

Ambassador Mulima conveyed his gratitude for the Fund's unwavering support in financing critical sectors, highlighting their significant impact on bolstering Zambia's economy.

Notably, the SFD has extended four development loans amounting to over $123 million to fund and execute essential projects and programs within Zambia's healthcare and transportation domains. This substantial contribution underscores the Fund's commitment to fostering social advancement and driving economic prosperity within Zambia.
