The Saudi Contractors Authority announced the initiative in collaboration with the Madinah Chamber and the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), according to SPA.
The 28-day program consists of three interconnected tracks. The first is a five-day self-learning track starting August 23, 2026, covering operational planning, business plans, feasibility studies, human resources management, accounting for non-accountants, and startup marketing.
The second phase is a 15-day in-person training hosted by the Madinah Chamber. This track includes direct meetings with contracting experts, applied activities, and field visits to construction sites to link training to actual project execution.
The program concludes with an eight-day specialized track provided by the Saudi Contractors Authority Academy. This final stage covers construction project management, occupational health and safety, budget planning, and cost control to improve technical and financial project execution efficiency.
