Dutch falconer Sam participates in international auction

The international auction for falcon production farms features the participation of Sam, a Dutch national who established a falcon production farm following a six-month stay in Medina to learn Arabic four years ago.

According to SPA, this is Sam’s third time participating in the auction. He began his participation with four falcons, increased to seven last year, and returned this year with four new falcons.

Sam brought his family to the Kingdom this year to experience the auction and the development within the sector, noting the event’s blend of authentic heritage and international presence. He praised the organization and professionalism of the auction, stating it reflects efforts to attract producers from around the world.

The participant also expressed appreciation for the National Falconry Center’s support and services for producers, which he noted helped expand participation and create an attractive environment for international farms to access the market.
