The General Directorate of Passports hosted a workshop to enhance financial literacy among its employees. The event took place in coordination with the Banking Media and Awareness Committee of Saudi banks to coincide with World Financial Literacy Day.
According to SPA, the workshop was organized by the Banking Media and Awareness Committee of Saudi banks. It covered the importance of financial literacy, money saving, investment management, financial transactions, and personal budget planning.
The workshop is part of a partnership between the Ministry of Interior and the Banking Media and Awareness Committee of Saudi banks. This collaboration aims to increase security awareness, reduce cyberattack risks, implement joint programs and initiatives, and spread awareness regarding financial fraud via technology.
