President Asif Ali Zardari of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan received a congratulatory cable from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day.
According to SPA, the King expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for the health and happiness of the President, as well as continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The King praised the distinguished brotherly relations that link the two countries and their peoples, noting that all parties seek to enhance and develop these ties across all fields.
