Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar will host 51 matches of the 19th edition of the Asia Cup, starting in 150 days. The tournament runs from January 7 to February 5, 2027, marking the first time the event is held in the Kingdom.

Organizational and operational work continues in the three host cities to complete stadiums, facilities, transport plans, and services for fans and teams.

The final draw took place in May at Salwa Palace in the historic At-Turaif district of Diriyah. The Saudi national team is in Group 1 with Kuwait, Oman, and Palestine. The Saudi team will start its campaign against Palestine in Riyadh, aiming for a fourth title after winning in 1984, 1988, and 1996.

In the Eastern Province, the first phase of interviews for the Asia Cup 2027 Saudi Arabia volunteer program began last week. The program received over 30,000 applications, with more than 3,000 interviews taking place in Al Khobar before moving to Riyadh and Jeddah.
