Madinah hosted Dr. Jihat Khalil, the Religious Advisor to the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports of Greece and former Mufti, who visited the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex.
According to SPA, the visit was part of the cultural program for the second batch of guests within the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’s Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit.
Dr. Khalil reviewed the stages of printing the Holy Quran and the mechanisms used for reviewing and translating its meanings. He also examined the technical services employed to produce copies of the Quran in various languages.
The official praised the efforts of Saudi Arabia in serving the Holy Quran and noted that the complex produces translations of its meanings in more than 80 languages to help spread the message of Islam globally.
