A maturity level of 87.06% was reached in the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index, according to the Digital Government Authority (DGA), achieving an “Advanced” level.
SPA reported that the index assessed 59 digital platforms across four main perspectives and 20 themes. These themes covered user experience, beneficiary satisfaction, technologies and tools, and complaints handling to support the improvement of digital services.

Ahmed bin Mohammed Alsuwaiyan stated the results reflect the advancement of digital services in Saudi Arabia and the commitment of government agencies to leverage beneficiary feedback. He noted that this progress is an extension of the support provided by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to achieve Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
