Riyadh was the site of a telephone conversation between Deputy Foreign Minister Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khuraiji and British Minister of State for the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, and Pakistan Stephen Doughty.
According to SPA, the call took place on August 13, 2026. During the conversation, Al-Khuraiji congratulated the British Minister of State on his appointment and expressed wishes for his success in his duties.
The two officials discussed bilateral relations and topics of mutual interest.
