The number of evaluated platforms increased to 59 in 2026, compared to 50 in 2025. Additionally, participants in the Evaluate your digital experience survey exceeded 805,500 people, rising from 374,000 in the previous year.
The digital inclusion sub-index reached 76.98% at the Competent level, reflecting the design of inclusive services for elderly people and people with disabilities.
Top performing platforms included Absher at 94.38%, Etimad at 94.36%, Senaei at 92.83%, Balady at 92.56%, and Tawakkalna at 92.50%. Other high-ranking portals were Qiwa at 92.14%, Logisti at 91.72%, Naama at 91.53%, the Ministry of Tourism portal at 91.16%, and Musaned at 2.20%.
