WLC empowers female talents through leadership programs

Riyadh is the site of the Women Leadership Center (WLC) at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), which has implemented a series of programs, initiatives, and strategic partnerships to develop female leadership in alignment with labor market needs and Saudi Vision 2030.

According to SPA, the center was selected as a national case study in the 2025 Oxford Business Group global report and received a distinction from the Ministry of Education for the second consecutive year for the promising leaders program.

The center launched the third edition of the Ministry of Health Women Leaders program, which trained 70 female cadres, and continued the national “Dirigeante” program. Leadership sessions organized by the center attracted more than 600 participants.

Mentorship activities continued through the “Modèle” program, alongside thematic meetings on female leadership and events combining professional guidance with sports. Specialized training was provided in crisis management and media communication, including programs certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

International efforts included organizing the Creative Women Forum with participation from over 25 countries and attending the 21st UNIDO General Conference.
